I have held roles such as Vice President, accomplished in general business management, sales & business development, operational excellence, and international project management. I lead international cross-functional teams and develop safety software including change management, implementing programs that ensure safe, secure, and sustainable work environments.
Fluent in Dutch, English, and German, I am skilled in strategic HSE planning, construction safety, regulatory compliance, and fostering strong relationships with stakeholders. Recognized for building and motivating high-performing teams. I am passionate about leveraging technology to enhance safety performance, maximize workplace safety, and achieve the highest level of efficiency and effectiveness within an organization.
